Our Policies

Our goal is to provide the most loving, safe, and nurturing environment for your child.

  • Medical & Immunization Policies

State law requires that each child must have a medical report filled out by both parents and the child’s pediatrician before the child can attend our program. All children must have an updated immunization record on file at enrollment and it must be updated as new immunizations are given.

  • Discipline Policy

We believe in using positive discipline to guide, encourage, and support children. Positive discipline helps children learn how to interact with others and develop self control. It begins with adult behavior: good limit-setting and clear communication of these limits. This includes teaching more appropriate behavior, giving cues for new behavior, giving choices, and supporting children in their new behavior.

  • Weather Policy

We want to assure you that we intend to have the center open every day possible. Our mission was founded in the desire to serve working families who need the support of the center. We strive to make the best call for opening and closing our center.

  • Breastfeeding Policy

At CCC mothers are welcome to come and breastfeed at any time. Breastfeeding is welcome throughout the building and in your child’s classroom. We are also in the process of creating a private breastfeeding location for pumping and/or nursing. Non-breastfeeding parents are also welcome to come and feed their child a bottle at any time. Staff are trained on how to handle and store expressed milk. Frozen breast milk may be stored at the center for up to seven days. Unused milk will be returned to the parents.
